1. The Offer

The Corporate Founding Member offer is provided by Strategic Finance Academy, operated by RMK & Associates ("we", "us"). For a one-time payment of USD 12,000, the purchasing organization ("Member") receives the benefits described below for a term of two (2) years from the date of purchase. The offer is limited to the first fifteen (15) organizations. If payment completes after all fifteen memberships have been taken, the payment is refunded automatically and no membership is created.

2. What Is Included

• Full platform access for 2 years: every paid course, certification assessment, certificate, interactive tool, case study, and the AI Learning Companion, including new courses released during the term.
• Up to 25 named users: access may be used by up to twenty-five (25) named employees or contractors of the Member organization. Accounts are personal and may not be shared; a seat may be reassigned to a replacement employee by contacting us.
• 30% discount on tailored requests: a 30% reduction on our standard fees for custom work commissioned by the Member during the term, such as tailor-made courses, workshops, training sessions, or advisory engagements. Each tailored request is scoped, quoted, and agreed separately in writing; the discount applies to the quoted fee.
• Priority support for the Member's users during the term.

3. Term and Expiry

The membership starts on the date the payment is completed and ends automatically 730 days later. After expiry, platform access and the tailored-request discount end; certificates already earned remain valid and downloadable. The membership does not renew automatically and no further charges are made.

4. Eligibility and Use

• The offer is intended for companies, institutions, and other organizations. The purchaser confirms they are authorized to buy on the organization's behalf.
• Access is for the Member's internal training and professional development. Content may not be resold, sublicensed, redistributed, or used to build a competing product or service.
• One Corporate Founding Membership per organization (including affiliates under common control).
• We may suspend accounts that materially breach these terms or our platform rules; where practical, we will notify the Member and allow a reasonable opportunity to remedy the breach first.

5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is processed securely by Stripe. The membership fee is refundable in full within 14 days of purchase, provided the Member's users have not materially consumed paid content (for example, completing courses or certification assessments). After 14 days the fee is non-refundable, except where required by law. Duplicate payments and payments received after the offer has sold out are refunded automatically. Fees for tailored requests are governed by the separate written agreement for each engagement.

6. Tailored Requests

Tailored requests are custom engagements delivered by RMK & Associates and are subject to availability and a separately agreed scope, timeline, and fee. The 30% discount applies to our standard professional fees for work commissioned and confirmed in writing during the membership term; it does not apply to third-party costs, travel, or out-of-pocket expenses.

7. General

These terms are in addition to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy. We may make reasonable updates to these terms; changes will not reduce the core benefits of an already purchased membership. If any provision is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect.
